Chinese Won Ton Recipe
Even James Bond was not able to access this highly classified recipe of Won Ton. Now I am outing it for all on the web. It is served as a delicious Snack. A delicious Won Ton gets its taste from Seafood. Once tasted, I am sure you would love to prepare this Won Ton recipe for your dear ones!
Ingredients
2 3-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 green onions, minced
2 6-oz. cans of crab meat, shredded
Peanut oil (or salad oil) for frying
Directions
Cream the cheese, add crab meat and onions, blend well.
Place Won Ton square in palm of hand with one corner pointed toward you.
Place teaspoon of filling in center of square.
Moisten four corners with egg or water and fold corner nearest you over to opposite corner.
Press firmly to seal; fold third corner across its opposite side about 3/4 inch below top points.
Moisten and seal.
Fold fourth corner across in the same way, moisten and seal.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to cook.
When ready to serve, fry a few at a time in deep hot oil, 375°Funtil puffs are a golden brown and crab filling is hot.
