Wok Tabbouleh with Sausage Recipe
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bulgur wheat||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Green onions||2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Snipped mint/1 teaspoon dried mint, crushed||1 Tablespoon|
|Polish sausage||1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch slices|
|Snipped parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, chopped|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|

Add bulgur and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
For dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together the cooking oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add cooking oil.
Stir-fry garlic, green onions, and mint for 30 seconds.
Add sausage and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till heated through.
Stir in bulgur, parsley, and cucumber.
Drizzle with dressing and heat about 1 minute or till heated through.
Remove wok from heat.
Add tomato and toss to mix.
