Wisconsin Cheddar Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
2 Cups Cake Flour
3 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Directions
Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix well.
In another bowl, combine and beat well the egg, milk and melted butter.
Blend the egg mixture together with the dry ingredients, mixing only until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until brown.
Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes
