Directions

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add flour; cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add milk; heat to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; stir in beer, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and cayenne.
Simmer 10 minutes.
