Winter Salad Pickle Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 2 Quart | |
| String beans | 2 Quart | |
| Onions | 12 Medium, sliced | |
| Red peppers | 3 To taste | |
| Sweet peppers | 3 To taste | |
| Granulated Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Turmeric | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 cups cider or malt vinegar | ||
Directions
Cook carrots and beans in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Add all the vegetables, sugar, salt and spices to the vinegar.
Boil about 5 minutes.
Pack in hot jars and seal
