Ingredients

 Carrots2 Quart
 String beans2 Quart
 Onions12 Medium, sliced
 Red peppers3 To taste
 Sweet peppers3 To taste
 Granulated Sugar3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 Tablespoon
 Turmeric1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 4 cups cider or malt vinegar

Directions

Cook carrots and beans in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Add all the vegetables, sugar, salt and spices to the vinegar.
Boil about 5 minutes.
Pack in hot jars and seal
