Ingredients

 Grated raw carrot1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Chopped onion1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Chopped celery3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Stuffed olives12
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 French dressing1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Lettuce head1 Medium
 Mayonnaise1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Combine carrots, onion, celery, olives, salt and pepper in bowl.
Pour French dressing over and let stand 30 minutes or until serving time.
Add head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces, and mayonnaise at serving time.
Toss lightly.
