Winter Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| Grated raw carrot | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Chopped onion | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Chopped celery | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Stuffed olives | 12 | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| French dressing | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Lettuce head | 1 Medium | |
| Mayonnaise | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Combine carrots, onion, celery, olives, salt and pepper in bowl.
Pour French dressing over and let stand 30 minutes or until serving time.
Add head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces, and mayonnaise at serving time.
Toss lightly.
