Winter Pine Cot Marmalade Recipe
Ingredients
1, No. 2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups dried apricots
3 cups sugar
Directions
Put half the pineapple, juice and apricots into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until apricots are chopped fine.
Pour into a 3 quart saucepan.
Repeat with remaining pineapple, juice and apricots.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add sugar and continue to boil, stirring constantly, until a small portion dropped from a spoon is thick when cool (about 7 minutes).
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
