Winter Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| Parsnip | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 2 tbsp. chopped sweet onion | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 4 pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| French Dressing | ||
| 1/3 medium head lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces | ||
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Marinate first five ingredients in French Dressing for 1 or 2 hr.
Just before serving, add lettuce.
Toss lightly with mayonnaise.
