Ingredients

 Parsnip1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 2 tbsp. chopped sweet onion
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 4 pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 French Dressing
 1/3 medium head lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon

Directions

Marinate first five ingredients in French Dressing for 1 or 2 hr.
Just before serving, add lettuce.
Toss lightly with mayonnaise.
