Ingredients

 Red cabbage350 Gram
 Sprouts175 Gram
 Clementines - 3, peeled and segmented
 Hazelnuts - 25-50 g (1-2 oz)
 Hazelnut oil20 Milliliter (Dressing)
 Lemon juice5 Milliliter (Dressing)
 Black pepper1 (Dressing)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl mix sprouts, clementines and red cabbage.

MAKING
2. In a heavy based pan roast the hazelnuts for 4 minutes.
3. Cool for ten minutes. Chop them well.
4. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on the salad.
5. In a screw-top jar place all the dressing ingredients.
6. Shake well to mix the ingredients.

SERVING
7. Serve winter salad with dressing.
