Winter Root Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 6 Tablespoon | |
| White-wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Raisins | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celeriac | 1 Small, peeled | |
| Carrots | 3 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Slice celeriac and carrots into julienne strips.
MAKING
2) In a medium bowl add orange juice, vinegar and oil.
3) Add salt, pepper, and raisins. Stir the mixture.
4) Add strips of celeriac and carrots into orange dressing.
5) Stir the mixture until coated with dressing.
6) Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.

7) Serve cold.
