Ingredients

 <i>Dressing Ingredients</i>
 1 tablespoon black currant vinegar
 1 1?2 tablespoons olive oil
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, minced
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Dried parsley1 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1 Teaspoon, crushed
 Ground black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Dash
 <i>Salad Ingredients</i>
 Kohlrabi2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 1 cup celeriac or celery, peeled and thinly sliced
 1?2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
 Cherries1/3 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 White onion1/8 Cup (16 tbs), minced

Directions

1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, parsley, oregano, pepper and salt.
2. In a large bowl mix the kohlrabi, celeriac or celery, lemon juice, dried cherries and onion.
3. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well. Serve.
