Winter Kohlrabi and Cherry Salad Recipe

| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |

| Kohlrabi | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 1 cup celeriac or celery, peeled and thinly sliced | ||
| 1?2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice | ||
| Cherries | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| White onion | 1/8 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
Directions
1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, parsley, oregano, pepper and salt.
2. In a large bowl mix the kohlrabi, celeriac or celery, lemon juice, dried cherries and onion.
3. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well. Serve.
