 Black currant vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Fresh garlic1 Teaspoon, minced

For salad
 Kohlrabi2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced (Any Color)
 Celeriac/Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and thinly sliced
 Fresh lemon juice1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Dried cherries1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 White onion1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs), minced

Directions

1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, parsley, oregano, pepper and salt.
2. In a large bowl mix the kohlrabi, celeriac or celery, lemon juice, dried cherries and onion.
3. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well. Serve.
