Ingredients

 Red cabbage head2 Small, cored and coarsely chopped
 Watercress4 Bunch (400 gm), coarsely chopped
 Belgian endive head2 , base trimmed and coarsely chopped
 Scallions12 , chopped (White And Tender Greens)
 Apples2 , unpeeled, cored, and sliced (Red Or Granny Smith)
 Stilton cheese8 Ounce, crumbled
 Walnut oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine/Raspberry/cider vinegar1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Ground black pepper To Taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Toss all salad ingredients together in salad bowl.
Whisk together oil and vinegar; add salt and pepper to taste; pour dressing over salad and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
