Winter Hamburger Part 2 – Preparing The Dish Recipe Video

* MINCED BEEF €“ 400gr.
 
* GARLIC POWDER €“ ¼ tsp.
 
* A PINCH OF GRATED MIXED PEPPER SEEDS
 
* SALT €“ ¾ tsp.
 
* PARMESAN CHEESE €“ 2 tbsp.
 
* POTATOES €“ 4 PCs. (MEDIUM SIZE)
 
SAUCE:
 
* BROTH CUBE €“ ½ PC. (VEGETABLE FLAVOR)
 
* SOY SAUCE €“ 1 tsp.
 
* BUTTER €“ 1 tbsp.
 
* ARIOSTO POWDER €“ ½ tsp.
 
* CHOPPED PARSLEY €“ 1 tbsp.
 
* WATER €“ 200 ml.
 
* A PINCH OF GROUNDED MIXED PEPPER SEEDS
 
* CORN STARCH €“ 1 tbsp.

Directions

In a medium size bowl, mix all the first set of ingredients but the potatoes, marinate for 15 minutes then prepare the minced beef into flat-round shaped or any shape you desire.

Heat a non-stick frying pan, well-cook the hamburgers and set aside.

In the same pan, add the butter, the cubed potatoes, the chopped parsley, the Ariosto powder until potatoes are lightly golden brown then add the water, the broth cube, the soy sauce, the grounded mixed pepper seeds and bring to boil until potatoes are cooked, dissolve the corn starch in a few water, add to the potatoes and stir until it thicken, add the cooked hamburger and continue mixing for 2 minutes until the hamburger absorbed the flavor.
