Winter Fruit Sauce Recipe

Winter Fruit Sauce is a combo of prunes, figs, dates, raisins, dried apricots, cornstarch and white grape juice. Blend fruits to create a crowd-pleasing fruit sauce to complete and complement Christmas dinner!Our easy winter fruit sauce that is guarenteed to woo everyone!

Ingredients

 
10 prunes, pitted
 
8 figs, stems removed
 
1/2 cup dates, pitted
 
1/2 cup raisins
 
6 dried apricots
 
2 cup water
 
1 tsp cornstarch
 
1/3 cup white grape juice

Directions

Combine fruits in a food processor.
With a steel blade, process into small chunks.
Combine water and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until just starting to thicken.
Add fruit chunks and grape juice.
Continue cooking until clear and thickened.
