Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
1 package (8-serving size) or 2 packages (4-serving size) Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin
1 cup grape or orange juice
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups fresh fruit (halved seedless grapes, diced pears and apples)
Directions
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Stir in juice and cold water.
Refrigerate until thickened (spoon drawn through gelatin leaves definite impression).
Stir in fruit; spoon into 5-cup mold.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold.
Stir in juice and cold water.
