This delicious winter berry yogurt drink is a variation on a Lassi – a traditional Indian yogurt drink.
It contains Spanish raspberries, from the Jerte Valley in south-western Spain, which are in season from October until December. Spanish raspberries are not only delicious but they are also a great way to make up your 5-a-day.

Directions
