Spicy Wing Ding Platter Recipe Video
This is one of my favorite platter recipes.
Ingredients
| Wings | 2 Pound, disjointed | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Dry chicken base | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lawry's seasoning salt | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Louisiana chicken wing seasoning | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Find a large container with a lid or a large plastic bag.
Rinse chicken off, do not pat dry.
Put chicken in the flour and shake.
Put floured chicken in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Fry chicken at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Set aside 1 lbs. of the fried wings for the B. & R. BBQ Wings.
