Wine Sauce Recipe
I love cooking with wine and this Wine Sauce has been the latest of my wine recipes. The killer dark wine and vanilla combo is so amazing that it makes the wine sauce so ravishingly different! Give it a try.
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tbsp. brandy or dark wine | ||
| 1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cook sugar and water together for 5 minutes, remove from fire and add remaining ingredients.
Blend and serve hot or cold
