Wine-Cranberry Molds Recipe
This Wine Cranberry Molds are best served for special occasions. This is extremely delicious and equally healthy too.
Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/4 cups strained, sweetened cranberry sauce
1 cup red table wine, divided
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
Pecans
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat cranberry sauce, add softened gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Cool.
Add 1/2cup of the red wine; pour into individual ring molds and chill until firm.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup of red wine and the orange and chill until ready to serve.
Unmold salads on crisp salad greens.
Fill center of each ring with orange sections and garnish with pecan halves.
Serve with mayonnaise or fruit French dress- ing.
