Wine Barbecued Spareribs Recipe

| Angostura bitters | 6 Drop | |
| Chili sauce | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
1. Wash the ribs and then tip the spareribs into boiling salted water and simmer until almost tender. This will take about 1 hour. Drain the meat and set aside to cool.
2. Cover with wine and let stand about 4 hours.
