Directions

MAKING
1) Microwave wine on high for 2 minutes till boiling.
2) Mix 1 teaspoon (5 mL) butter with 1 teaspoon (5 mL) flour.
3) Stir into hot wine.
4) Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
5) Put remaining butter and heat on high for 1-1 1/2 minutes.

SERVING
6) Pass it with fish or seafood.
