Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Currant jelly | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Grated peel of 1 orange | ||
| Grated peel of 1 lemon | ||
| Port | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and heat until well blended.
