 Pineapple3 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Strawberries1 Pint, sliced
 Fruit sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 2 bottles chilled Riesling or Moselle wine
 Ice block
 2 bottles chilled dry Canadian champagne

Directions

Stir fruits and sugar together.
Let stand until sugar melts, then add lime juice and 1 bottle of Riesling.
Chill until needed.
Pour over an ice block in a large punch bowl.
Add second bottle of Riesling and champagne just before serving.
Fills 30 punch cups.
