Wine Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple | 3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Strawberries | 1 Pint, sliced | |
| Fruit sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 bottles chilled Riesling or Moselle wine | ||
| Ice block | ||
| 2 bottles chilled dry Canadian champagne | ||
Directions
Stir fruits and sugar together.
Let stand until sugar melts, then add lime juice and 1 bottle of Riesling.
Chill until needed.
Pour over an ice block in a large punch bowl.
Add second bottle of Riesling and champagne just before serving.
Fills 30 punch cups.
