Directions
MAKING
1) In 22-oz casserole [1-qt casserole] combine all ingredients except shrimp.
2) Seal tightly.
3) Microwave on high (550 watts) for 1 1/2 to 2 min [2 1/2 to 3 min] till boiled.
4) Mix shrimps and coat on all sides.
5) Seal tightly and microwave for 45 sec to 1 1/4 min [45 sec to 1 1/4 min] till shrimp is done.
6) Refrigerate covered in marinade 3 hours. Drain.
SERVING
7) Serve with seafood cocktail sauce and wooden picks.
