Wine Laced Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup white wine
Directions
Melt butter with oil in large skillet.
Add potatoes, salt, pepper, and chives.
Saute about 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Stir in wine.
Cover.Cook 5 minutes.
