Directions
Combine wine, sugar and fruit pectin, stir.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on HIGH, or until mixture boils and then MICROWAVE 15 MINUTES on '5'.
Stir.
Skim off any foam with a metal spoon.
Pour into sterilized jars, cool and seal.
The jelly may be MICROWAVED 1 MINUTE on HIGH, and used as a glaze for a roast turkey or goose.
This jelly makes a good glaze for poultry.
To use as a glaze, MICROWAVE 1 to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until jelly melts.
Brush on poultry.
