Wine Ice Recipe
Wine Ice is a cool dessert. Wine Ice gets its lovely taste from lemon juice mixed with rose and sugar. Wine Ice is inspired by many food joints across the world.
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (25.6 ounce) bottle rose
Directions
Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
Let cool.
Combine sugar syrup and remaining ingredients; pour into freezer trays, and freeze until almost firm.
Spoon mixture into a large bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until slushy.
Return to freezer trays; freeze until firm.
