Wine Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup tawny port or sauterne | ||
| 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut in cubes and softened | ||
| Blue cheese | 2 Ounce, crumbled | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Put tawny port or sauterne, cream cheese, blue cheese, and dash garlic salt in blender container; blend till mixture is smooth.
Serve with assorted crackers.
