Wilted Greens Recipe

4 slices bacon, diced
2 eggs, slightly beaten

2 heads lettuce
2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Directions
Cook bacon until crisp. Combine eggs, sugar, vinegar, and water. Stir into bacon; cook until thickened on low heat. Break lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a salad bowl; pour bacon mixture over greens. Garnish with chopped hard-cooked egg.
