 9 cups torn mixed salad greens
 3 cups cooked fresh peas, drained
 Feta cheese7 1/4 Ounce, crumbled (SALAD)
 Seeded tomatoes1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped (SALAD)
 Onions3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (SALAD)
 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
 Cider vinegar2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 1/4 cup olive oil or walnut oil
 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), minced (DRESSING)

Directions

In very large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently.
In small skillet, combine all dressing ingredients.
Cook and stir over medium heat until hot.
Pour over salad; toss gently.
