Wilted Lettuce Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 Slices Bacon, cut up | ||
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Leaf lettuce | 2 Bunch (100gm), shredded | |
| 1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp in a 10" skillet.
Mix eggs with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add to skillet and heat until hot.
Remove the skillet from the fire; add lettuce and onions.
Toss 1 to 2 minutes, until lettuce is wilted.
