Wilted Leeks With Raisins Recipe
Ingredients
| Leeks | 2 Cup (32 tbs), minced | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Raisins | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 |
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch leeks 1 minute or so.
Drain.
Set aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Lightly cook leeks 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
While stirring, continue cooking until liquid has all evaporated.
