Wilted Greens With Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| Tiny ring macaroni/Tiny shell macaroni/other tiny pasta | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Spinach/Romaine | 4 Cup (64 tbs), torn | |
| Sliced green onions | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), minced | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1 Dash |
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
Keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl combine spinach and green onions.
For dressing, in a small skillet cook garlic in hot oil for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and ground red pepper.
Heat just to boiling.
Pour hot dressing over greens.
Add hot pasta; toss to mix well.
