 6 cups young dandelion greens
 Bacon Slices4
 Wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Saute bacon crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Add vinegar, salt and pepper to drippings.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over dandelion greens.
Toss well.
Sprinkle with bacon and grated parmesan.
