Directions
1)In a large bowl combine canola oil, red pepper flakes and ranch dressing, garlic powder and salt and whisk well, set aside this mixture.
3)Get the grill ready and oil it with a brush doused in canola oil to keep it from sticking.
4)On a large tray or cutting board season the wings with salt and pepper and place on the grill for 40 minutes, making sure they are turned every 6 minutes.
5)With the help of tongs remove the hot wings from the grill and gather in the bowl, add a few spoonfuls of the sauce into the bowl and toss the wings, leave it to rest for a few minutes.
6)Some more of the spice mixture goes next, toss well and let it rest till serving time.
SERVING:
7)Serve with your favorite white sauce dip and celery or plain and enjoy!
NOTE:
8)Use the spice mixture liberally or to your liking if you like your chicken wings less hot and spicy.
