 Wild rice225 Gram
 Water1 Liter
 Chicken1
 Salt1 Pinch
 Butter50 Gram
 Shallots2 Small, finely chopped
 Green pepper1/2 Small, chopped
 Celery stick1 , chopped
 Walnuts50 Gram, chopped
 Ground black pepper1 To taste, milled

Directions

1 Soak the wild rice in water overnight, drain and wash well 2 Put the water, stock cube and salt in a saucepan, bring to the boil and add the rice.
Cook for about 40 minutes until tender.
3 Melt the butter and saute the shallots, green pepper and celery for 3 minutes.
4 Add the walnuts, pepper and wild rice and serve as a dressing for game.
