Wild Rice With Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup wild rice, cooked and drained
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
Directions
Cook mushrooms and onion in 1/4 cup butter in a skillet until mushrooms are lightly browned.
Combine mushrooms, wild rice, and melted butter; toss gently until mushrooms and butter are evenly distributed throughout rice.
