Ingredients
3/4 cup minced onion
3/4cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup minced celery
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet basil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4cup red wine
2 caps cooked wild rice
Directions
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender (about five minutes).
Add salt, basil, egg, wine, wild rice; blend well.
