Directions
Mean while, in skillet cook ground pork or ground beef, celery, onion, and garlic till meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in soup, sour cream, and sage.
Combine meat mixture and cooked rice.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Stir before serving; garnish with snipped parsley or toasted slivered almonds.
