Ingredients

 
* 1 Pound Wild American Shrimp, peeled and deveined
 
* 2 Tablespoon olive oil, separated
 
* Old Bay® seasoning to taste
 
* ¼ cup Ravenswood® chardonnay wine
 
* 2 tablespoons butter
 
* 1 dash hot sauce
 
* 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat for one minute. In the mean time place the shrimp, one tablespoon olive oil and seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat.
2. Add one tablespoon of the oil to the hot pan and swirl to coat. Add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for two minutes. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set aside.
3. Add the wine to the same skillet and return to the medium high heat. Simmer the wine until only about one tablespoon remains. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter, hot sauce and parsley. Use a whish to swirl the butter around the pan until melted. Serve immediately.
