Wild Violet Gelatin Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp. unftavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Carrot | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 1 1/2 cups violet blossoms | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water.
Stir well, then add sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on bed of lettuce.
