Ingredients

 2 Tbsp. unftavored gelatin
 Cold water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Boiling water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cucumber1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Radishes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Carrot1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 1 1/2 cups violet blossoms

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water.
Stir well, then add sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on bed of lettuce.
