Wild Strawberry Bavarian Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups wild strawberries | ||
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Gelatin | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 egg whites, beaten stiff | ||
Directions
Pour sugar over berries and let stand 1/2 hour.
Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes then dissolve in boiling water.
Add berries to gelatin water along with lemon juice.
Chill until nearly set.
Whip cream and fold into gelatin along with egg whites.
Chill well.
