Wild Rice Tabbouleh Recipe
This Wild Rice Tabbouleh is one of the best rice salads that I've ever known. I have this savory rice with a plethora of vegetables and seasonings as it is, but you can have it as a side course with meat or any other suitable dish ! Just try this Wild Rice Tabbouleh and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
| 4 cups cooked wild rice | ||
| Garbanzo beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Minced parsley | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint leaves | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 3/4 cup finely chopped green onions | ||
| Tomatoes | 3 , chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 week.
Toss and serve over lettuce leaves.
