Wild Rice Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Green bell peppers | 4 To taste | |
| Extra lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 2 cups cooked wild rice | ||
| Part skim mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1/2 cup dried fruit bits | ||
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut green peppers into halves; remove stems and seeds.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Lighdy stuff green pepper halves with wild rice mixture.
Place in baking dish and loosely cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes or until peppers are tender.
