Ingredients

 Mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Safflower oil2 Tablespoon
 3 cups cooked wild rice
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary sprigs
 2 tablespoons peach schnapps liqueur

Directions

In a large skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in hot oil for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add rice, seasonings and peach schnapps and cook 1 1/2 minutes longer; stirring frequently.
