Wild Rice Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup chopped green onions | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Safflower oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 cups cooked wild rice | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary sprigs | ||
| 2 tablespoons peach schnapps liqueur | ||
Directions
In a large skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in hot oil for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add rice, seasonings and peach schnapps and cook 1 1/2 minutes longer; stirring frequently.
