Wild Rice Minnesota Style Recipe
Ingredients

| Celery | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Ounce, drained | |
| Pimento | 1 , chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to moderate (375° F.).
2. Place all the ingredients except one cup of the broth in a six-cup greased casserole. Cover tightly and bake about one and one-half hours, adding more broth as necessary.
