1 pound uncooked lean ground beef
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
3/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
