Wild Rice & Dried Fruit Cereal Recipe

Wild Rice & Dried Fruit Cereal is one of the healthiest recipes I have ever made. And the taste of wild rice with cereal in this Wild Rice & Dried Fruit Cereal recipe is heavenly. Try it and you will not say I am wrong.

Ingredients

 
2 cups (480 ml) cooked Wild Rice
 
1 3/4 cups (415 ml) water
 
1 cup (240 ml) oats
 
2/3 cup (160 ml) raisins, or chopped dried apricots, dates, or other dried fruit
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground cinnamon brown sugar or honey

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine cooked rice with water, oats, fruit and cinnamon.
Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat.
Cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes, or until oats are done.
