Wild Rice Chasseur Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) wild rice, cooked
2 tbsp (30 mL) brandy
1 tsp (5 mL) curry powder
4 tbsp (60 mL) chutney of your choice
1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
€¢ Microwave 3/4 cup (190 mL) wild rice or half wild rice and half brown rice according to instructions for wild rice in the Rice Cooking Chart.
€¢ Place in a microwave-safe dish the brandy, curry powder and chutney. Microwave 1 minute at MEDIUM.
€¢ Add to the cooked wild rice. Stir well with a fork.
€¢ Add the butter, salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
€¢ When ready to serve, cover and microwave 4 minutes at MEDIUM.
