Wild Rice Recipe
This is how I show my love to my near and dear ones, yes by preparing their favorite Wild Rice using this recipe. This Wild Rice is never going to fail as a Side Dish. This recipe is a good way to use Rice. This Wild Rice is surely going to make you famous amongst your friends once they taste it. Try it right away!
Ingredients
2/3 cup wild rice
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Rinse wild rice; drain.
2. In 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water to boiling. Stir in wild rice, vanilla extract, and salt; heat mixture to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover saucepan and simmer 45 to 50 minutes, until rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed.
